Sabih A. Quadeer

Sabih Quadeer’s practice is concentrated in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, real estate and business law. Sabih represents corporations, creditors, debtors, investors, landlords, tenants, purchasers, ellers and other parties-in-interest in wide range of matters. Sabih has successfully litigated and defended numerous commercial matters and represented numerous investors and other interested parties in the sale and purchase of commercial real estate. Sabih was born and raised in Chicago. He graduated high school from Von Steuben MSC and then attended the University of Illinois. Sabih received his law degree from John Marshall Law School in 2005. Sabih is also licensed real estate broker and has numerous business ventures.

Success Stories – Litigation

  • $650,000 judgment against Chicago Developer, Mohammed T. Siddiqui. (May 12, 2011)
  • Judgment in favor of our client, a commercial real estate property owner, and against Chicago area restaurant Italian Express for breach of contract in the amount of $32,500. (February 2010)
  • Client is a national fast food restaurant owner/partner that sued a business partner for breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation. Sabih Quadeer successfully secured a judgment in favor of his client for $255,278.00 (December 2009)
  • Illinois real estate investor retained our office to resolve a lease dispute with their commercial tenant. The tenant, on their own accord, decided that lease agreement was a mere suggestion and the tenants attorney strongly agreed with the tenant and decided that trial was the best course of action. After successfully litigating the matter, a judgment was entered in favor of our client, the landlord, in the sum of $19,360.21 plus costs and attorney fees. (December 2008)
  • Appealed an Administrative Judgment ordered by the Village of Bolingbrook in excess of $24,000 for alleged building code violations in the Circuit Court of Will County. Sabih Quadeer successfully settled the matter for only $750 due to the Village of Bolingbrook. (October 2008)
  • Litigated breach of contract and misappropriation of money by a property management company and obtained a judgment in favor of our client. (January 2008)
  • Client approached our offices from a referral regarding an ongoing commercial litigation that was pending in the Circuit Court of Will County. Client was an owner of a gas station and a dispute arose over fuel distributor and landlord of the property. The case was pending for two(2) years and we stepped into the case and in six (6) months successfully resolved the case and successfully obtained a judgment in favor of our client for $12,500 (December 2007)
  • Client was a Defendant in a matter in a collection matter and after lengthy research, our office was able to quash the service of summons and dismissing our client from the matter (December 2007)
  • Obtained judgment in favor of our client against building contractor after contractor failed to complete the project in the amount in excess of $30,000 (October 2007)
  • Client approached our offices regarding a dispute over earnest money for a commercial real estate was cancelled and the Seller failed to return the earnest money. After reviewing the issues, a complaint was filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County and after numerous attempts my Defendant’s attorney to dismiss the case, Defendant agreed to return the earnest money of $7,500 plus costs and attorney fees. (July 2007)
  • Secured a judgment for $41,736.82 and collected the entire Judgment for commercial real estate property in Bolingbrook, Illinois (May 2007)
  • After commencing litigation, we successfully settled real estate contract dispute between landlord and tenant collecting $12,972.94 (August 2006)
